Hi, my name is Jeff

Welcome to 80HD.Me!
Hi there, I'm Jeff McCune, the former small town troublemaker who thought dropping out of high school was the only option. Little did I know, 20 years later I'd find out my real problem was ADHD combined type (surprise! happy 35th birthday to me).
But jokes aside, growing up undiagnosed was rough, and unlearning all the wrong coping methods was tougher. However, after finally crawling out of my depression den and taking a leap of faith, I've rediscovered my passion for life. And now, I'm on a mission to help others like me navigate the unique challenges of ADHD and unleash their full potential.
I've been there, done that, but I also know with the right tools, strategies, and support, success is possible. That's why I created this website, a resource for real talk on managing ADHD symptoms, strategies for success, and personal stories.
Work with me one-on-one or join my group counseling class. This website is here to empower you and I can't wait to connect and help you on your journey to success. So take a look around, learn from my experiences, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Let's make it happen together!
My blog
Providing expert (and mediocre) advice, personal stories of failure and glory, and practical strategies for managing symptoms, achieving goals and improving overall well-being for humans with ADHD.
Shoutout to Jeff! He's been a game-changer for me. His real talk and personalized strategies have helped me take control of my symptoms and improve my daily life. He truly cares and it shows. Thanks to him, I can now set goals and advocate for myself. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with ADHD. #lifesaver. Definitely worth having a chat.
