Life Coach: The Site may offer access to life coaching services provided by 80HD or by third-party life coaches. 80HD does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the advice provided by life coaches and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of life coaching services. Results are not guaranteed and It is the user's responsibility to thoroughly research and evaluate the qualifications and experience of any life coach before engaging in coaching services. The user agrees to hold 80HD harmless from any claims arising from the use of life coaching services.
Miscellaneous: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and 80HD with respect to the use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. 80HD's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive 80HD's right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
