ADHD can make daily life a struggle for many of us, but there are ways to make it work for you. Symptoms like impulsivity, hyperactivity, and inattention can make it hard to focus, stay organized, and complete tasks. But, don't worry we got you.

Here are five quick strategies that can help you manage your ADHD symptoms and improve your overall well-being:

Set a daily routine: even though we are notorious for HATING them, a good routine in place can give you structure and predictability in your day. Make a schedule for daily tasks like when to eat, sleep, and work. 📝

Self-care is key: Self-care is important for managing ADHD symptoms and improving overall well-being. Engage in activities like exercise, meditation, and journaling…and it’s about time you take that bi-weekly shower. 🚿

Mindfulness techniques: Mindfulness techniques can help you focus and improve your ability to stay on task. Try deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery. 🧘🏼‍♂️

Break tasks into smaller chunks: Breaking tasks into smaller chunks can make them less overwhelming. Break a large project into smaller, manageable parts. When I’m cleaning my house, I like to wash a few dishes, and then before my hands get wrinkly, I switch to vacuuming or go throw in a load of laundry and fold the dry clothes…sometimes. 😅
